Our annual Fine Art Calendar competition really kicked off the summer with style!  The Reception on June 2, 2012 at the 3rd Street Gallery was very well attended, hosting folks from around the country for comeraderie, food, drink, and enjoyment of the artwork.

The exhibit continues through July 22, 2012.

Twelve magnificent pieces of art were chosen to fill the pages of our 2013 calendar. Dozens of other magnificent pieces were on display.  All artwork was for sale.  A portion of sales benefited the Sangres Art Guild.

The Calendar Competition judging was performed by juror Tim Deibler on April 4th. The Juror’s Choice award, announced at the Artists’ Reception, went to Jim Havey for Round Up. The People’s Choice Award was also announced at the reception and went to Bill Gillette for Meal Time.
