Sangres Art Guild Watercolor Classes for Adults will be held at Greenstone Artworks, 100 Main St., Westcliffe, CO, 81252, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Sept. 3 & 4, Sept. 10 & 11, and Sept. 17 & 18. The cost is $25 for two (2) four hour sessions. Materials may be purchased for $20. All skill levels are welcome. High Peaks Call to Artists
Intake for the High Peaks Show is Sunday and Monday, August 25 & 26. Plan to enter your art celebrating the best of the summer in the Sangres. For info, check the prospectus or contact the gallery manager at 719-783-4403 or the Show coordinator at 719-783-2099. This show is open to all artists! The show is held at the 3rd Street Gallery in Westcliffe, CO. The reception for the High Peaks show is Saturday, August 31, 4 – 6pm.
Happy Trails Winners
Congratulations to the winners of the People’s Choice awards for the Happy Trails show! First Place went to Curt Gillespie for his oil painting “Mountain Ranch” and second place went to Amy Motazedi for her beautiful oil painting “Blue Sage Sentinel.” The show runs until August 26. Gallery hours are 11-4, Thursdays through Mondays, so Giddyup on over to 3rd Street Gallery and see the awesome entries!

Sangres Art Guild is proud to announce the reorganization of this website.
While the look and feel of the site hasn’t changed much, its functionality has been improved. We rearranged things to make it easier to find stuff and it’s now more responsive to varying screen sizes. On computer monitors, note the side bar on the right that displays important dates and stuff you may want to access quickly.
